Discuss whether you recognize the following statements:

  • Constant changes mean that we do not prioritize working with our working environment.
  • We do not get involved when changes are to be made that may affect our working environment.
  • Many people feel insecure because of constant changes. This can lead to people not daring to speak up about undesirable conditions.
  • We have been through a round of downsizing. This has created some unrest and uncertainty among the employees.
  • Our job feels uncertain due to more and more competition, especially from unserious players who push down prices.
  • Due to streamlining, we have more and more tasks to solve within the same working hours.
  • We are experiencing greater demands to document what we do.
  • We use technology that is new to us, such as analysis tools for remote diagnosis. This means that we have to change the way we work.
  • We have received new systems, tools and equipment without receiving information or training in how to use them.
  • Changes in products, models and how the cars are built mean that we need more expertise, but we do not receive sufficient training.
