: Working hours

Discuss whether you recognize the following statements:

• We often work long hours to finish the work on time.
• Our working hours do not always correspond to what is described in our employment contract.
• Union representatives, safety delegates and employees do not participate in the preparation of the work plans.
• Our working hours are not always registered correctly, and it happens that our manager does not have an overview of how much the individual works.
• It can be difficult to take necessary breaks during the working day because there are too few of us at work or have too much to do.
• We experience that more accidents or errors occur when we work long hours.
